इस दवा को खाने के साथ या बिना खाए लिया जा सकता है. इसे प्रत्येक दिन एक ही समय पर लिया जाना चाहिए. अगर आप बेहतर महसूस करने लगे हैं, तो भी इस दवा को लेते रहना आवश्यक है. अगर आप इस दवा का सेवन बंद कर देते हैं, तो इससे आपको हार्ट अटैक या स्ट्रोक होने की संभावना बढ़ सकती है.

The most common side effect seen with this medicine is bleeding. यह ब्रूजिंग, नाक में से खून आना मूत्र या मल में खून आना (काला-रंगीन स्टूल), या महिलाओं में सामान्य से भारी माहवारी के रूप में दिखाई दे सकता है. If you cut or injure yourself, it may take longer than usual for the bleeding to stop. Such episodes of bleeding are usually mild and resolve on their own.
