Plagerine 75mg Tablet is an antiplatelet medicine or a blood thinner that helps to prevent the formation of harmful blood clots in your blood vessels. इससे आपको हार्ट अटैक या स्ट्रोक आने की संभावनाओं को कम करने में मदद मिलती है. यह हृदय की सुरक्षा के लिए बहुत अधिक उपयोग की जाने वाली दवा है.

Plagerine 75mg Tablet is prescribed to people at high risk of heart disease. इसमें पेरिफेरल वैस्कुलर बीमारियों (रक्त वाहिकाओं के सिकुड़ जाने के कारण होने वाली रक्त परिसंचरण संबंधी समस्याएं), हाल ही में हार्ट अटैक या स्ट्रोक, अनियमित हृदय की धड़कन आदि से पीड़ित मरीजों तथा स्टेंटिंग जैसी हृदय की प्रक्रियाएं करवा चुके मरीजों को शामिल किया जाता है. यह हार्ट अटैक और कुछ प्रकार के सीने के दर्द (अस्थिर एंजाइना) के इलाज के लिए अन्य दवाइयों के साथ भी इस्तेमाल किया जाता है.

इस दवा को खाने के साथ या बिना खाए लिया जा सकता है. इसे प्रत्येक दिन एक ही समय पर लिया जाना चाहिए. अगर आप बेहतर महसूस करने लगे हैं, तो भी इस दवा को लेते रहना आवश्यक है. अगर आप इस दवा का सेवन बंद कर देते हैं, तो इससे आपको हार्ट अटैक या स्ट्रोक होने की संभावना बढ़ सकती है.

The most common side effect seen with this medicine is bleeding. यह ब्रूजिंग, नाक में से खून आना मूत्र या मल में खून आना (काला-रंगीन स्टूल), या महिलाओं में सामान्य से भारी माहवारी के रूप में दिखाई दे सकता है. If you cut or injure yourself, it may take longer than usual for the bleeding to stop. Such episodes of bleeding are usually mild and resolve on their own. However, you should consult your doctor straight away if the bleeding persists or worries you.

यह दवा कुछ लोगों के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं है. Do not take it if you are bleeding from anywhere in the body such as a stomach ulcer or bleeding within the brain. Before taking it, you should let your doctor know if you have ever had a problem with your blood not clotting properly or if you have recently had a serious injury or surgery. किसी प्लान की गई सर्जरी या दांतों के इलाज से पहले इस दवा को टेम्पररी रूप से बंद करना पड़ सकता है.
