Zy-q 300mg tablet blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation, swelling and redness associated with certain autoimmune diseases. It suppresses the underlying disease process, rather than simply treating the disease.

- You may have to wait for 3-6 months to get the full effect.
- You may develop nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea during initiation of the treatment. This can be managed by taking doses with food.
- Your doctor may ask about any eye problems if you may have and check your vision before starting medication; thereafter your vision should be checked once a year. Inform your doctor if you notice any changes in your vision during treatment.
- Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with any eye problem, Glucose-6 phosphatase (G6PD) deficiency, porphyria or psoriasis.
- Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
