The sound coming from nose while baby is sleeping may be due to nasal blockage. It can be releived with normal saline drops. Please use Nasoclear normal saline drops to be given 5 to 6 times a day in 1 drop in both the nostrils. It will surely releive the condition. If it still persists youwill need to visit a pediatrician to evaluate and guide you further.

Hello, Generally in infants none of the cold preparation and syrups available are recommended. Please give normal saline nasal drops to decongest the nasal orifice. Hope it helps. If the cold if chronic and very serious please visit a pediatrician for evaluation.
