General Information

Product introduction
Empaxit 25 Tablet can be taken with or without food, in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. For best results, continue to follow your doctor’s advice on diet and exercise. Stay well-hydrated, especially during hot weather or physical activity, and attend regular check-ups to monitor your blood sugar, kidney function, and overall health.
The most common side effects of Empaxit 25 Tablet are urinary tract infections and female genital yeast infections (vaginal mycosis). Maintain good personal hygiene, drink plenty of fluids, and contact your doctor if these symptoms persist or worsen. Some people, especially those taking insulin or sulfonylureas, may experience low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). If this happens, consume something sugary and inform your doctor if it occurs frequently.
Do not use Empaxit 25 Tablet if you are allergic to empagliflozin or any of its ingredients. This medicine is not recommended for people with type 1 diabetes. Use it with caution if you have kidney or liver problems, are elderly, take diuretics (water pills), or have low blood pressure, as it may cause dehydration or dizziness. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not use Empaxit 25 Tablet, as it may harm the baby.
Uses of Empaxit Tablet
Benefits of Empaxit Tablet
In adults with heart failure, Empaxit 25 Tablet helps reduce the risk of hospitalization and death due to heart-related causes. It helps the body get rid of extra salt and water, which lessens the strain on the heart and improves symptoms such as shortness of breath, tiredness, and swelling in the legs. Improving the heart’s function and reducing flare-ups help patients stay more active and maintain independence in their daily lives.
Empaxit 25 Tablet helps lower blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes when used in combination with a balanced diet and regular exercise. It improves blood sugar control and supports heart and kidney health, thereby reducing the risk of diabetes-related complications. When used regularly, it helps patients achieve stable blood sugar levels, making daily activities easier and improving their overall quality of life.
In people with chronic kidney disease, Empaxit 25 Tablet helps slow the worsening of kidney function and reduces the risk of progression to kidney failure or the need for dialysis. It also helps lower the risk of heart problems, which are common in kidney disease. It protects the kidneys and supports long-term health. This gives the patients a better chance of maintaining a stable condition, leading to fewer hospital visits and an improved quality of life.
