Dydrosure 20mg Tablet SR will be prescribed to you depending on the condition you are being treated for. Do not self-medicate. The dose and duration of the treatment will be decided by your doctor after some investigations like blood tests, ultrasonography, etc. Always take the medicine at the same time every day to avoid missing a dose. Swallow it whole, without breaking or chewing, preferably with a glass of water. Continue taking it for the duration advised by your doctor to get the most benefits.

However, Dydrosure 20mg Tablet SR has some side effects like headache, nausea, vaginal bleeding, and breast pain. It may also cause bleeding or spotting in between menstrual periods. So far, there is no evidence that taking Dydrosure 20mg Tablet SR during pregnancy is harmful. Discuss with your doctor the risks and benefits of taking Dydrosure 20mg Tablet SR during pregnancy.

Dydrosure 20mg Tablet SR is a man-made version of progesterone, the natural female sex hormone. It is used in conditions when your body does not produce enough progesterone.

Dydrosure 20mg Tablet SR is used to prevent habitual abortion (miscarriage) and possible cases of abortion that may be occurring due to lack of the hormone progesterone. Remember not to take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. Missing a tablet may cause irregular bleeding or spotting.
