It is advisable to avoid taking antacids within 30 minutes of taking Sucragel Oral Suspension since this medicine can decrease the absorption of some antacids if taken together.

Q. How long after taking Sucragel Oral Suspension can I eat?

Sucragel Oral Suspension must be taken on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal.

No, it takes around one to two weeks for the medicine to heal an ulcer of the stomach or intestine. But continue taking Sucragel Oral Suspension for the duration as prescribed by your doctor for complete healing.

Yes, constipation is one of the common side effects of Sucragel Oral Suspension. Include fiber in your diet (fruits and vegetables), drink 8-10 glasses of fluids a day, and keep active.
