Taking Tramicort with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted) (Injection Route)

It is recommended to wait at least 3 months after discontinuing a high dose of Triamcinolone before taking Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted). Triamcinolone may reduce efficacy of Herpes Zoster / Shingles Vaccine (Recombinant, Adjuvanted).
Severe

Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated) (Oral Route)

It is recommended to wait at least 3 months after discontinuing a high dose of Triamcinolone before taking Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated). Triamcinolone may reduce efficacy of Cholera Vaccine (Inactivated).

Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine (Injection Route)

It is recommended to wait at least 3 months after discontinuing a high dose of Triamcinolone before taking Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine. Triamcinolone may reduce efficacy of Purified Vi Polysaccharide Typhoid Vaccine.
