It’s important to keep taking this medicine until your doctor tells you not to. Use this medicine regularly to get the most benefit from it, even if you feel well.

Orcibest Tablet is generally safe and effective, but some common side effects include headache. fast heart rate, tremor, and insomnia. These side effects aren't often dangerous, and they should gradually improve as your body gets used to this medicine. There are other, rarer, side effects, and you should call your doctor straight away if you get chest pain, a very bad headache, or very bad dizziness.

Before using Orcibest Tabletl, you should tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, an overactive thyroid gland, a history of heart problems, diabetes, or low levels of potassium in your blood to make sure it’s safe. Also, make sure your doctor knows if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding before taking this medicine. Because this medicine can make you feel dizzy or shaky, don’t drive, cycle, or use tools or machinery until you feel better. And you shouldn’t smoke. Interaction with drugs

Taking Orcibest with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Severe

Propranolol (Oral Route)

Do not use Propranolol with Orciprenaline if you have asthma or COPD. Propranolol may reduce efficacy of Orciprenaline.

Severe

Sotalol (Oral Route)

Your doctor may monitor your potassium levels along with your overall treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations.

Timolol (Eye Route)

Do not use Timolol with Orciprenaline if you have asthma or COPD. Timolol may reduce efficacy of Orciprenaline.

Atomoxetine (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your blood pressure, heart rate and potassium levels closely. They may adjust the doses as per the observations.

Pindolol (Oral Route)

Do not use Pindolol with Orciprenaline if you have asthma or COPD. Pindolol may reduce efficacy of Orciprenaline.

Taking a higher than the recommended dose of Orcibest Tablet may cause seizures, chest pain, nervousness, headache, dry mouth, nausea, dizziness and lack of energy. High doses of Orcibest Tablet may also cause fast, irregular or pounding heartbeat, uncontrollable shaking of any part of the body and difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. In any such case, seek immediate medical attention.
