Meltomood 10mg Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of insomnia and jet lag (a sleep disorder due to frequent travel to different time zones). It reduces jet lag symptoms such as irritability, indigestion, daytime tiredness, and sleep disturbances.


Meltomood 10mg Tablet helps to synchronize the body’s biological day-night rhythm. It should be taken either 2 hours before or 2 hours after food, preferably at bedtime.
