Dotin 25mg Tablet is a tricyclic antidepressant. It is mostly used to treat depression that is unresponsive to alternative treatment. It is also used in the management of anxiety disorders. It works by increasing the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help in regulating the mood.

Dotin 25mg Tablet works by increasing the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that stabilize and improve the mood. It is better to take it before bedtime because it can make you feel drowsy. Can Dotin 25mg Tablet be used to treat insomnia with depression?

Yes. Dotin 25mg Tablet may be used for the treatment of insomnia (too much arousal both at night and during the day) associated with depression. Because it can cause drowsiness or sedation as side effects, it is effective in treating insomnia associated with depression.
