Dosulepin is known to interact with sertaline (SSRI anti-depressant), Diazepam (benzodiazepine-anti anxiety), amitriptyline (tricyclic antidepressant), zopiclone (cyclopyrrolone) /Gabapentin (Neurontin for seizure). It is not known to interact with Tramadol (pain-killer)/Paracetamol/Ibuprofen. Doctor's permission must be clearly sort for taking any other drug along with dosulepin
Q.Can dosulepin cause weight gain/anxiety/sleep loss/headache/low or high blood pressure/decrease in sperm count?
Dosulepin is known to have side effects like anxiety, sleep loss/headache/low or high blood pressure. It is not clearly known to cause weight gain or decrease sperm count. It may cause an increase or decrease in sexual desire.
