Depsac 100mg Tablet is used in the treatment of depression
It is used in patients intolerant of or unresponsive to alternative treatment options for depression.

Sleepiness, Blurred vision, Weight gain, Dryness in mouth, Abnormality of voluntary movements, Difficulty in urination, Increased heart rate, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Constipation, Parkinsonism, Akathisia, Dystonia.


How to use Depsac Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Depsac 100mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Depsac 100mg Tablet increases the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help in regulating the mood and treat depression.

  • The main dose should be taken at night as this drug may produce drowsiness or sleepiness.
  • It can take 4 to 6 weeks for Depsac to start working.

on. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Depsac 100mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired,
or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Depsac 100mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Depsac 100mg Tablet is recommended.

However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
There is limited information available on the use of Depsac
100mg Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

Missed Dosageuses

If you miss a dose of Amoxapine, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
