Dano 50mg Tablet is used to treat various menstrual problems including painful or irregular periods, premenstrual tension (PMT), benign fibrocystic breast disease (painful breast disease), and a condition called endometriosis.

Dano 50mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.

The most common side effects of this medicine include weight gain, hair loss, voice changes, acne, and irregular menstrual cycle. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. You should stop taking it if you become pregnant.

Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding if you have ever had any problems with your blood circulation or have diabetes or migraine. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. Painful periods have a big impact on everyday life of a woman and there is not always an obvious cause. Dano 50mg Tablet helps relieve pain and cramps during periods. You may have to use painkillers (NSAIDs) as well for rapid pain relief. Ask your doctor about which are most suitable.

What if you forget to take Dano Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Dano 50mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
