Interaction with drugs
Taking Carol with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Aminophylline (Oral Route)
Your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Carbimazole may reduce blood levels of Aminophylline.

Clozapine (Oral Route)
Your doctor may monitor your blood cell count and adjust the doses as per the observations.

Digoxin (Oral Route)
If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your levels of Digoxin along with your overall treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Digoxin may increase the metabolism of Carbimazole.
