People with busy schedules found to have better cognitive functions, study suggests 

-Recent research, conducted by University of Dallas, suggested that staying busy was found to be linked with improved memory.

-The subjects were made to answer a questionnaire and were scored accordingly. The study evaluated the responses of close to 330 adults (aged between 50 to 89).

-The subjects were also examined for their memory, information processing speed, reasoning, and vocabulary.

-It was observed that the people with busy schedules had greater episodic memory than those who had a relatively less busier schedule.

-Findings were published in Journal Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience
