Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pirabel 1200 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Pirabel Tablet works

Pirabel 1200 mg Tablet is a nootropic medicine. It works by increasing the activity of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) which improves communication between the nerve cells. It also protects the brain and nervous system against shortness of oxygen.

Expert advice for Pirabel Tablet

  • Do not take piracetam tablet/oral solution if you are allergic to piracetam, pyrolidone derivatives or any other ingredient of tablet/solution.
  • Do not use piracetam if you have serious kidney problem; brain hemorrhage or bleeding problems; or Huntington’s disease (neurodegenerative genetic disorder that affects muscle coordination and leads to behavioral symptoms).
  • Avoid using piracetam if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
  • Do not stop taking piracetam tablet/solution unless your doctor asks you to do so.
  • Do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you experience side effects like sleepiness, nervousness and depression after taking piracetam.
