Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby. Baby should be monitored for excessive sleepiness and weight gain.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. OXILEPTIN 150 MG TABLET may make you feel sleepy or dizzy, or may cause blurred vision, lack of muscle coordination, especially when starting treatment or increasing the dose. This may affect your driving ability.
OXILEPTIN 150 MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of OXILEPTIN 150 MG TABLET may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Oxcarbazepine can increase the sedative effects of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Xanax (alprazolam) or tramadol. Oxcarbazepine and anti-epileptic lamotrigine when used together can increase the risk of side-effects like nausea, somnolence, dizziness and headache. There are no known interactions between oxcarbazepine and Advil (ibuprofen), Aleve (naproxen) or Tylenol (paracetamol). Always inform your doctor if any of these drugs are required to be taken concomitantly by you
