Nitrovir is used to prevent or stop angina pectoris (chest pain due to blockage of blood vessels of the heart) and stop spasms in the blood vessels of the heart.

Sildenafil is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and glyceryl trinitrate is used for the treatment of chest pain.
