NapQ 2 Tablet PR helps to synchronize the body’s biological day-night rhythm. It should be taken either 2 hours before or 2 hours after food, preferably at bedtime. However, it is advised to take it at a fixed time each day to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the blood. Do not consume Melatonin with Fluvoxamine. Fluvoxamine may raise blood levels of Melatonin.
Moderate

Thioridazine (Oral Route)

Talk to your doctor if you notice any unusual symptoms.Doctor may monitor your liver function. Melatonin may raise blood levels of Thioridazine.

Alprazolam (Oral Route)

Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration or alertness until you know how the medicines affect you.
