How to use Isina Capsule

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Isina 20 mg Capsule is to be taken with food.

How Isina Capsule works

Isina 20 mg Capsule is a derivative of vitamin A. It acts on glands (sebaceous) to reduce the production of a natural substance (sebum) that causes acne. Also, the controlled sebum production kills acne-causing bacteria. It also works as an anti-inflammatory to decrease inflammation (redness and swelling).

Isina Capsule related warnings

Alcohol
CAUTION
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Isina 20 mg Capsule. Taking isotretinoin with alcohol may have unpleasant side effects such as fast heartbeats, warmth or redness under your skin, tingly feeling, nausea, and vomiting.
Pregnancy
CAUTION
Isina 20 mg Capsule is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the fetus. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation
CAUTION
Isina 20 mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Driving
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Your night vision may get worse during your treatment. This can happen suddenly. Drowsiness and dizziness have been reported very rarely. This may affect your driving ability.
Kidney
Isina 20 mg Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Isina 20 mg Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
If you experience excessive tiredness, puffy eyes and difficulty in urination while taking this medicine, inform your doctor and stop the therapy.
Liver
UNSAFE
Isina 20 mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

What if you miss a dose of Isina Capsule?

If you miss a dose of Isina 20 mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

this capsule is very good for acne but never self medicate as this is a Medicine for special type of acne patients this should be taken under A Dermatologist's supervision only there are various restrictions and advices to keep in mind before taking the capsule. hence a dermatologist consultation face to face is necessary
acne is less now but too much pore on the face taking lacne 20mg from 2 years
