Fosapp Injection is given under the supervision of healthcare professional. Moreover, it is better to take it at a fixed time and you should not stop taking this medication suddenly without talking to your doctor. In case you have missed a dose than it is better to take it as soon as you remember it and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Your doctor may advice for regular monitoring of liver function test while taking this medicine.

Interaction with drugs

Taking Fosapp with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Severe

Apalutamide (Oral Route)

Concomitant use should be avoided. Please consult with your doctor. Apalutamide may increase the metabolism of Fosaprepitant.
Moderate

Gliclazide (Oral Route)

Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly. Fosaprepitant may reduce blood levels of Gliclazide.
Moderate

Glibenclamide (Oral Route)

Talk to your doctor if you notice any unusual symptoms. Fosaprepitant may increase the effect of Glibenclamide.
Moderate

Glimepiride (Oral Route)

Talk to your doctor if you notice any unusual symptoms.Doctor may monitor your blood sugar level. Fosaprepitant may reduce blood levels of Glimepiride.
Moderate

Diltiazem (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations.
