Liver
CAUTION
Fosamac 150 Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.

Interaction with drugs
Taking Fosamac with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Severe
Apalutamide (Oral Route)
Concomitant use should be avoided. Please consult with your doctor. Apalutamide may increase the metabolism of Fosaprepitant.
Moderate
Gliclazide (Oral Route)
Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly. Fosaprepitant may reduce blood levels of Gliclazide.
Moderate
Diltiazem (Oral Route)
If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations.
Moderate
Trabectedin (Injection Route)
If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, impaired movements, rash, diarrhea, dizziness, or drowsiness, and consult your doctor if you experience them. Fosaprepitant may raise blood levels of Trabectedin.

Allylestrenol (Oral Route)
It is recommended to use barrier methods (like condoms), IUDs, or a depot for contraception. Your doctor may monitor your treatment closely and adjust the doses as per the observations. Use barrier methods (like condoms) for contraception to reduce the risk of HIV infection. Fosaprepitant may reduce blood levels of Allylestrenol.
