Uses of Beclate Rotacap

Benefits of Beclate Rotacap

Treatment of Asthma
Beclate 100 Rotacap works by reducing and preventing swelling and inflammation in the lungs. It is known as a “preventer” and is used to prevent the symptoms of asthma, such as tightness in chest, wheezing, breathlessness, and coughing. This allows you to carry out daily life activities more easily and confidently. This drug does not stop an asthma attack that has already started. To control an ongoing asthma attack, use a “reliever” inhaler. Inhaled medicines will not work properly if the inhaler is not used correctly. Ask the nurse or doctor for the right technique.

If some powder remains in the rotahaler repeat the process.

How Beclate Rotacap works

Beclate 100 Rotacap is a steroid. It prevents the cells in the lungs and breathing passages from releasing chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) of the airways. This widens the airways and makes breathing easier.

Quick tips

  • Rinse your mouth with water after each use of Beclate 100 Rotacap to prevent oral thrush (fungal infection).
  • Use the inhaler at the same time daily to maintain consistent control of inflammation.
  • Do not use Beclate 100 Rotacap for quick relief during sudden asthma attacks. Keep a rescue inhaler handy.
