The dose and how often you need to take it will be decided by your doctor so that you get the right amount to control your symptoms. Follow the advice of your doctor. It is important to take this medicine regularly and for as long as you are advised, even if you feel well. Missing doses may lead to the worsening of your condition.
The most common side effects of this medicine include flushing, headache, upset stomach, muscle pain, inflammation of nasal lining, diarrhea, and inflammation of sinus. It is caused by thickening of walls of the arteries that supply your lungs making it hard for blood to get through. Assurans Tablet relaxes and widens blood vessels in the lungs. This helps reduce the strain on the heart and improves blood flow, leading to lowered blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries. By easing the workload on the heart and enhancing circulation, Assurans Tablet can improve exercise capacity, reduce symptoms like shortness of breath and fatigue, and enhance the overall quality of life for individuals with PAH.

Assurans Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Assurans Tablet is recommended.

Assurans Tablet should not be taken if you are taking nitrates for chest pain or you have a history of heart attack or stroke in the past 6 months.
