Prasumend 10 Tablet is used to treat people with a recent heart attack or severe heart-related chest pain (unstable angina), who have undergone stenting of the heart. It helps to prevent serious heart-related problems like having another heart attack, stroke, or formation of blood clots in stents.

इस दवा को एस्पिरिन, अन्य एंटीप्लेटलेट दवा के साथ लिया जा सकता है. इसे खाने के साथ या बिना खाए लिया जा सकता है और रोज नियमित रूप से एक ही समय पर लेना चाहिए.. अगर आप बेहतर महसूस करने लगे हैं, तो भी इस दवा को लेते रहना आवश्यक है. अगर आप इस दवा का सेवन बंद कर देते हैं, तो यह आपको किसी अन्य हार्ट अटैक या स्ट्रोक होने की संभावना को बढ़ा सकता है.

The most common side effect seen with this medicine is bleeding. यह ब्रूजिंग, नाक में से खून आना मूत्र या मल में खून आना (काला-रंगीन स्टूल), या महिलाओं में सामान्य से भारी माहवारी के रूप में दिखाई दे सकता है. If you cut or injure yourself, it may take longer than usual for the bleeding to stop. Such episodes of bleeding are usually mild and resolve on their own. However, you should consult your doctor straight away if the bleeding persists or worries you.

यह दवा कुछ लोगों के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं है. अगर आप शरीर में कहीं से भी खून निकलना हैं, जैसे पेट का अल्सर या मस्तिष्क के भीतर खून निकलना , या अगर आपको लिवर की गंभीर समस्याएं हैं, तो इसे न लें. Before taking it, you should let your doctor know if you have ever had a problem with your blood not clotting properly or if you have recently had a serious injury or surgery. किसी प्लान की गई सर्जरी या दांतों के इलाज से पहले इस दवा को टेम्पररी रूप से बंद करना पड़ सकता है.
