How to use Ziroxy Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take Ziroxy 150mg Tablet empty stomach (1 hour before food or 2 hours after food).

Ziroxy 150mg tablet is a macrolide antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins, which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

Q. Can I take Ziroxy with food?
Ziroxy is to be taken on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before a meal. The Ziroxy tablets should be taken with good amount of water.
Q. Does Ziroxy treat streptococcal throat infection?
Ziroxy is used to treat throat infection caused by Streptococcus pyogenes. It is also indicated for other upper respiratory tract infections like tonsillitis and sinusitis.
