Utro-NCR Tablet

Utro-NCR Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it at the same time each day. The dose and how often you take it depend on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need so as to improve your symptoms. Swallow the tablets whole with a drink of water. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed to you.

The most common side effects of this medicine include headache, nausea, abdominal pain, vaginal spotting, hair loss, and breast tenderness. Let your doctor know if these side effects bother you or seem serious, as there may be ways to reduce or prevent them. Some side effects may require you to stop taking this medicine. These include jaundice, migraine, or changes in speech or senses (such as eyesight, hearing, smell, taste, or touch). You should also stop taking it if you become pregnant or if your blood pressure becomes too high.

Before taking Utro-NCR Tablet, tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, migraine, liver disease, or have ever had problems with blood circulation. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking, as some may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. This medicine can affect the results of some blood and urine tests, so make sure any doctor treating you knows that you are taking it.

• Treatment of Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) : Utro-NCR Tablet helps relieve symptoms occurring before menstruation, such as mood changes, bloating, breast tenderness, fatigue, and headaches.
• Treatment of Pain during menstruation
• Treatment of Heavy menstrual bleeding : Utro-NCR Tablet helps reduce excessive menstrual bleeding and associated symptoms such as fatigue or weakness.
• Treatment of Endometriosis : Utro-NCR Tablet helps relieve pelvic pain and discomfort caused by endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus.

• Take Utro-NCR Tablet each day as prescribed by your doctor to maintain stable hormone levels.
• Utro-NCR Tablet may cause spotting or light bleeding between periods; inform your doctor if it occurs frequently or becomes heavy.
• Utro-NCR Tablet is not a birth control medicine. Use a reliable non-hormonal method, such as condoms, to prevent pregnancy.
• Stop taking Utro-NCR Tablet and seek immediate medical attention if you develop severe headaches, sudden vision or hearing changes, chest pain, breathing difficulty, or swelling/pain in your legs.
• Inform your doctor if you have migraine with aura, high blood pressure, diabetes, liver disease, or a history of blood clots before taking Utro-NCR Tablet.
• Avoid smoking while taking Utro-NCR Tablet, as it may increase the risk of blood clots, especially in older women.
• Tell your doctor about all medicines or herbal supplements you are taking, as some may affect how Utro-NCR Tablet works.
• Seek medical advice if you develop yellowing of the skin/eyes or severe abdominal pain while using Utro-NCR Tablet.
• Your doctor may monitor your symptoms and treatment response during use.
• Consult your doctor if bleeding is associated with dizziness, weakness, or persistent cycle irregularities.
