Tyridol 100mg Suppository is taken by the back passage (rectal route) and should not be taken orally. It must be given under the supervision of a doctor only. You should stay in a lying position for at least 15 minutes after insertion of suppositories. The dose will depend on what you are being treated for but take it exactly as your doctor prescribes.
