It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Torsid 20 mg tablet at a fixed time.
Taking Torsamide with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.

    Torasemide(20 mg)

    Uses

    Torsid 20 mg tablet is used in the treatment of fluid retention (edema), heart failure, increased blood pressure and hypercalcemia (increased calcium levels in blood).

    How it works

    Torsid 20 mg tablet lowers the swelling by removing the levels of excess water and electrolytes in the body.
