Taking Tizalide with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Do not consume Domperidone with Tizanidine.

Severe

Thioridazine (Oral Route)

Factors such as old age, chronic heart issues, or low potassium levels may more frequently cause disturbance in heart rhythm, and your doctor may consider ECG monitoring in their presence.

Hydroxyzine (Oral Route)

Do not consume Hydroxyzine with Tizanidine.

Pimozide (Oral Route)
