Terox 150 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is used in infections of tonsils, sinus, ear, nose, throat, skin and soft tissues, windpipe and lungs (pneumonia).

Terox 150 mg Tablet is an antibiotic. It works by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Thus, it stops the bacteria from growing, and prevents the infection from spreading.

Kidney
Terox 150 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Terox 150 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
CAUTION
Terox 150 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Terox 150 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
