Introduction of T-Pill Tablet

T-Pill Tablet is a medicine used for medical termination of the pregnancy (abortion). It works by blocking the effect of progesterone (a female sex hormone) which is required for maintenance of pregnancy.

If vomiting occurs within 45 minutes of taking T-Pill Tablet, inform the doctor immediately, as you may need to take another tablet. Vaginal bleeding and abdominal cramping are the most common side effects of using this medicine. However, inform the doctor immediately if excessive bleeding occurs or if you suffer from severe abdominal pain.

How T-Pill Tablet works

T-Pill Tablet blocks the effects of progesterone, a natural female hormone which is needed for the pregnancy to sustain. Without this hormone, the lining of the uterus (womb) breaks down as it does during a menstrual period and stops the growth of the pregnancy.

I & my partner had a unprotected intercourse. But since i am going some medical treatment I dont want to be pregnant now for the safety of new born. So is there any chances to check whether pregnancy test is positive or not & is there any remedy to avoid it safely without any side effect.

what medical treatment u r undergoingu can take I pill inly within 72 hrs of unprotected intercourse. but it is als not 100% efficacious. other den dis there is no other method to avoid pregnancy rt now. n there are no ways to know whether u cls be preganant by thia single exposuen you have to wait for your cycles.only at the time of ur due date or after missing period a urine pregnancy vl be able to tell u if u r pregnant or not n the only way to avoid pregnancy then would be medical abortion after getting a ultrasound pelvis for confirming location of pregnancyone more thing I Pill can bot be repeated again n again as with repeated use it disturbes the hormonal balance in body leading to unpredocatible ovulation and unwanted pregnancy. so either you need to use condoms for further exposures or any other contraceptive methods but that wls depens upon the medical treatment u r undergoing
Hi Last month I had an Medical abortion on 26th August. Just wanted to know whether I can have sex with my boyfriend so early. Generaly we use precaution but some time we used Ipill and this time it did not work. Also if you can suggest me some pills like Saheli. I have never used Saheli but had heard lot of time through my friends. So just wanted to make sure of it.

Try using loette tablets starting from 2nd day of your periods for 21 days.start next pack from 2nd day of next period.Whereas as sec is concerned please use contraceptives like condoms or pills. I pill is not fail proof and should be used only in emergency cases like once a year or so.

T-Pill contains a medicine called Mifepristone. It helps in medical termination of the pregnancy. Q. What should I expect after taking T-Pill?

You may or may not experience vaginal bleeding or spotting after taking this medicine. After 48 hours of taking T-Pill, your doctor shall examine you and may prescribe you another medicine (Misoprostol) for complete termination of pregnancy. After 14 days of taking T-Pill, your gynaecologist may run some blood tests or perform ultrasonography to confirm whether the pregnancy has been terminated or not.

No, studies have shown that this medicine does not impair the fertility of the women. Your future chances of getting pregnant are as equal as of those who have not taken this medicine.

Vaginal bleeding and abdominal cramping are the most common side effects of using T-Pill. The other common side effects include diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. If you experience a very heavy vaginal bleeding or if any of these side effects bother you please consult with your gynaecologist.
