Solikem 5 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of Overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms
. OAB is a collection of urinary symptoms, including frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and inability to control urination.
Side Effects of Solikem are Blurred vision, Dryness in mouth, Nausea, Constipation, Stomach upset, Dyspepsia.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Solikem 5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Solikem 5 mg Tablet is an antimuscarinic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder to prevent frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination.

Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Long-term use of Solikem 5 mg Tablet might reduce milk production, and cause constipation, dry mouth and urine infection in the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Solikem 5 mg Tablet may cause blurred vision and sometimes sleepiness or tiredness which may affect your ability to drive.
Solikem 5 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Solikem 5 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Solikem 5 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients undergoing kidney dialysis.

If you miss a dose of Solikem 5 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
