Some common side effects of SErta 25 Tablet include nausea, indigestion, loss of appetite, increased sweating, tremors, insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), and diarrhea. Taking SErta with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Moclobemide (Oral Route)

Do not consume Moclobemide with Sertraline. If Moclobemide is essential, ensure a gap of at least 1 week after discontinuing Sertraline. Please consult your doctor.

Life-threatening

Tapentadol (Nasal Route)

Avoid concurrent use unless your doctor considers it safe.

Zolmitriptan (Nasal Route)

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms of serotonin syndrome such as tremors, fever, diarrhea or agitation and consult your doctor if you experience them. Your doctor may monitor and adjust the doses as per the observations.

Tranylcypromine (Oral Route)
