Taking Salin P with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Life-threatening

Moclobemide (Oral Route)

Do not consume Moclobemide with Phenylephrine. If concurrent use is essential, please consult your doctor.

Life-threatening

Tranylcypromine (Oral Route)

Do not consume Tranylcypromine with Phenylephrine. If Tranylcypromine is essential, ensure a gap of at least 2 weeks after discontinuing Phenylephrine. Please consult your doctor.

Severe

Selegiline (Oral Route)

Do not consume Selegiline with Phenylephrine. If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your blood pressure frequently.

Moderate

Linezolid (Oral Route)

Do not consume Linezolid with Phenylephrine. If concurrent use is essential, please consult your doctor. They may monitor your blood pressure frequently.

Moderate

Linezolid (Injection Route)

Yes, Salin P Drop is safe for most of the patients. However, in some patients, it may cause side effects like nausea, vomiting, headache, fatigue, dizziness, dryness in the mouth, sleepiness and allergic reaction. Can the use of Salin P Drop cause dizziness?

Yes, the use of Salin P Drop can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. Yes, the use of Salin P Drop can cause nausea and vomiting. To avoid nausea one can take Salin P Drop with milk, food or with antacids. If vomiting occurs, drink plenty of water or other fluids. Talk to your doctor if vomiting persists. You should let your doctor know if you are unable to drink water and there are signs of dehydration, like dark colored and strong-smelling urine and a low frequency of urination. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medication. Do not take any other medicine without consulting your doctor.
