It is better to take Roze 2mg tablet empty stomach (1 hour before food or 2 hours after food).
Avoid Roze 2mg tablet with acidic food and beverages such as sugar, certain dairy products, fish, processed foods, fresh meats and processed meats,sodas and other sweetened beverages.
It is generally safe to consume alcohol with Roze 2mg tablet.
Roze 2mg tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy.
Either animal studies have shown no adverse effect on the fetus, but there is no human studies or animal studies have shown an adverse effect that was not confirmed in human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Roze 2mg tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.


Rabeprazole(2 mg)


Roze 2mg tablet is used to treat symptoms of gastric acidity, gastro-intestinal reflux disease (heart burn), stomach and intestinal ulcers, and diseases associated with excessive acid production (Zollinger Ellison Syndrome).

How it works

Roze 2mg tablet belongs to class of medications called proton pump inhibitors. It blocks the activity of the proton pumps in the stomach wall that produce acid, thereby reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach.

  • Take rabeprazole tablet an hour before a meal.
  • Do not take rabeprazole if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to rabeprazole or other PPI'S (pantoprazole, omeprazole).
  • If you have to the drug for a very long time, take calcium and Vitamin D supplemets to prevent risk of fractures.
  • Consult your doctor before taking this drug if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
