QRite Tablet should be taken regularly as advised by the doctor. You should take it with food and at a fixed time. This medicine should not be stopped abruptly without consulting the doctor as this can worsen your condition. Regular follow-up with your doctor is advised while using this medicine.

It may cause side effects like nausea, vomiting, low blood pressure, ringing in ear, headache and blurred vision. Your doctor may advise for regular monitoring of kidney function and blood sugar levels while you are taking this medicine.

This medicine may not be suitable for some people. You must inform doctor if you are suffering from any liver or kidney disease. Also let your doctor know about all the other medications that you are using regularly. This medicine is not usually recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so always consult your doctor before taking it.

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

QRite Tablet may be safe to use during breastfeeding. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Driving

It is not known whether QRite Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react. Please consult your doctor.

Kidney

CAUTION

QRite Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.

There is limited data available on the use of QRite Tablet in patients with liver disease.

Does QRite Tablet cause thrombocytopenia?

Yes. QRite Tablet may cause thrombocytopenia. Consult your doctor immediately if you develop any symptoms of thrombocytopenia (easy/ excessive bruising, reddish-purple pinpoint-sized spots in skin, prolonged bleeding from cuts, bleeding from your gums or nose, blood in urine or stools)

Does QRite Tablet cause constipation?

QRite Tablet causing constipation is very rare. However, please consult your doctor if you experience such side effects

How does QRite Tablet treat malaria?

QRite Tablet interferes with malarial parasite's ability to digest hemoglobin and inhibits the spontaneous formation of betahematin (hemozoin or malaria pigment), which is a toxic product resulting from digestion of hemoglobin by parasites.
