Common side effects of Q-Pin 300mg Tablet SR include drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, upset stomach, weakness, and weight gain. Dizziness or light-headedness may occur when standing up, particularly when starting treatment or when the dose is increased, so get up slowly from a sitting or lying position. Drink enough water to prevent dehydration. As Q-Pin 300mg Tablet SR can cause drowsiness and affect thinking and coordination, avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how the medicine affects you.


Avoid drinking alcohol while taking Q-Pin 300mg Tablet SR, as it can worsen drowsiness and other side effects. Avoid becoming overheated or dehydrated, especially during exercise or hot weather.
