PULVANCE 62.5 MG TABLET is an endothelin receptor antagonist. It works by suppressing the action of endothelin, a natural substance that tightens the blood vessels and prevents normal blood flow in patients who have pulmonary hypertension.

Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. As PULVANCE 62.5 MG TABLET can induce hypotension (decrease of your blood pressure) which can make you feel dizzy and this can affect your ability to drive.
PULVANCE 62.5 MG TABLET is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of PULVANCE 62.5 MG TABLET is recommended.
PULVANCE 62.5 MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of PULVANCE 62.5 MG TABLET may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of PULVANCE 62.5 MG TABLET is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.
If you miss a dose of PULVANCE 62.5 MG TABLET, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Pulvance is used in adults and children to treat high blood pressure in the vessels that carry blood to the lungs (pulmonary arterial hypertension). It is also used in adults for the treatment of painful and difficult to heal open sores on fingers and toes (digital ulcers)
