Do not use more or less than advised and do not use it for longer than recommended. You may be asked to continue taking this medicine for a period after you get pregnant.

The most common side effects include abdominal cramps, back pain, breast tenderness, hypotension and dizziness, hypercoagulant state, and vaginal bleeding. Your doctor may suggest ways to reduce or prevent these. Occasionally, it may cause a severe allergic reaction requiring urgent medical attention.

Inform your doctor if you have a history of breast cancer, unusual vaginal bleeding, or liver, kidney, or heart disease. Lorlatinib (Oral Route)

Do not consume Lorlatinib with Progesterone (Natural Micronized). Lorlatinib may reduce blood levels of Progesterone (Natural Micronized).
