Taking prazosin with alcohol can lower your blood pressure. This can cause dizziness or feeling like you might pass out, especially when getting up from a sitting or lying position.

Prazolin 10 mg tablet is used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate), increased blood pressure and heart failure.

Prazolin 10 mg tablet works by relaxing muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels.
