the medicines don't matter. what matters is whether ur sugars r controlled or not. i suggest u do a HB1AC test and a fasting blood glucose and a 2hr post prandial b.g and send me the reports

The reports shows that your HbA1c level is marginally raised, I suggest you can get blood glucose fasting and post prandial done as well and then consult a Physician/ Diabetologist for proper management. Your hemoglobin level is also low, for this I suggest you should have a diet rich in iron like green leafy vegetables, paalak, anaar etc.
