Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
You have been prescribed Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet to treat your symptoms of Parkinson's disease and/or restless leg syndrome.
It can be taken with or without food. Taking it with food may reduce nausea.
Inform your doctor if you develop compulsive behaviors that are hard to control, such as binge eating, gambling, spending money, and sexual urges.
Avoid activities that require you to be alert, such as driving a car until you know how this medication affects you.
When you first start taking Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet, it may cause sudden drop in your blood pressure when you change positions. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.
Talk to your doctor in case you develop hallucinations or other changes in your behavior.
Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor.
For restless leg syndrome, take this medicine 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.
Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation.
Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby. Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet suppresses serum prolactin and may interfere with breastfeeding.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet can cause hallucinations (seeing, hearing or feeling things that are not there). This may affect your ability to drive.
Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pramitrem 0.125 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

There are no known adverse events on taking ibuprofen with pramipexole. However, follow the advice of doctor before taking any medication when on pramipexole therapy.
