How to use Pisful Capsule

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pisful 40mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Pisful Capsule works

Pisful 40mg capsule is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.

Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Pisful 40mg Capsule is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Short-term use is not expected to cause any adverse effects in the breastfed baby, especially if the baby is older than 2 months. During long-term use, monitor for possible sleepiness.
