Side Effects of Parocen are Low sexual desire, Delayed ejaculation, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Vomiting, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Nausea, Dryness in mouth, Weight gain, Erectile dysfunction, Stomach upset.
