Taking Opipran with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Moclobemide (Oral Route)

Do not consume Moclobemide with Opipramol. If Moclobemide is essential, ensure a gap of at least 1 day after discontinuing Opipramol. Please consult your doctor.

Domperidone (Oral Route)

Do not consume Domperidone with Opipramol.

Tranylcypromine (Oral Route)

Do not consume Tranylcypromine with Opipramol. If Tranylcypromine is essential, ensure a gap of at least 2 weeks after discontinuing Opipramol. Please consult your doctor.

Severe

Tramadol (Injection Route)

Careful consideration is advised if you have epilepsy. Watch out for symptoms of serotonin syndrome, such as sedation, respiratory impairment, tremors, fever, diarrhea, or agitation, and consult your doctor if you experience them. Your doctor may alter or discontinue the medicines accordingly.
