Taking Obnil with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Do not consume Thioridazine with Clomipramine.

Do not consume Amiodarone with Clomipramine.

Moclobemide (Oral Route)

Do not consume Moclobemide with Clomipramine. If Moclobemide is essential, ensure a gap of at least 1 day after discontinuing Clomipramine. Please consult your doctor.

Do not consume Escitalopram Oxalate with Clomipramine. Escitalopram Oxalate may raise blood levels of Clomipramine.
