Glix 80mg Tablet is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes
It is used in addition to diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Glix 80mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Glix 80mg Tablet is an anti-diabetic medication (sulphonylurea). It works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas in order to lower the blood glucose.

Take just before or with the first main meal of the day (usually breakfast). Avoid skipping meals.

Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
