Diltigesic Organogel

Diltigesic Organogel is for external use only. Clean and dry the affected area and gently apply it over the affected area. It is advised to use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Limit physical exercises, standing, and prolonged sitting while on medication.

The most common side effects are application site reactions (burning, irritation, itching, and redness), dizziness, rectal bleeding, and headache. There are other, rarer side effects, some of them serious. Ask your doctor and read the leaflet which comes with the medicine to make sure you are keeping safe.

• Apply Diltigesic Organogel with clean hands using a finger cot or applicator to avoid contamination and ensure proper dosing.
• Use this medicine after bowel movement and gentle cleansing, as this allows better absorption and reduces irritation.
• Tell your doctor if you feel dizzy or lightheaded, since this medicine can lower blood pressure in some people.
• Avoid using on open wounds or bleeding hemorrhoids, unless directed, as it may worsen local irritation or discomfort.
• Continue its application consistently even if symptoms improve, unless advised otherwise, as stopping Diltigesic Organogel early may delay healing of fissures.
